Tutelage Ltd’s Ongoing Support Package to securing your place in studying Medicine or Dentistry in Europe
We offer a personalised, professional ongoing support package for students who are looking to secure a place in studying Medicine or Dentistry in a European University. This support package has been developed to help ensure that we engage effectively with both parents and students and ensure the best possible transition for our students. It has been designed and tailored with our students in mind.
The process begins with supporting the initial stages of your application as follows
- Tutelage Ltd will try to understand and respond to any initial enquiries you may have.
- Then in joint consultation with you, or with your parent if necessary, we will consider the options of universities and their requirements which will be applicable to you.
- Once we have examined the options available to you, we will help you reach a decision as to which university to consider.
- Based on our expertise, resources and contacts, our representatives will help put together your application.
- We will double check all of your documents to ensure they are of the required standard and meet the university’s expectations. We have a separate service available for the apostillation, notarisation and translation of the required documents.
- Your application will then be assembled by the Tutelage team and submitted to the relevant partner university on your behalf.
- We will track the progress of your application until a decision is reached and we will contact you as soon as we receive the good news that you have been offered a place!
- Once you have secured an offer, we will act as a point of contact; ensuring all the necessary paperwork is completed and in order.
- We will notify you in regards to entrance tests, if required.
- Finally, we will also issue you with an acceptance letter with a conditional offer made by the University!
Meanwhile, whilst we are on step 6 of the application process, we advise you to focus on preparing for your trip to study abroad. We fully understand there are many things to consider when you are planning to study abroad. For this reason, Tutelage Ltd will answer any of your questions and support you in any way possible. On our website, we have provided you with all the relevant information you might need to know when making your decision about applying with us.
The next part of the process involves supporting students with their transition. Moving abroad is a huge step for many students. To make the relocation process easier and less nerve wracking and to support the transition near the time of departure, we arrange for all of our students to travel together; with the assistance of one of our representatives. Transport from the airport will be arranged for the students. If necessary, we will also find accommodation for each student upon arrival. We will also assist in opening bank accounts for each student and secure any available financial support.
